About Glow Research Blend
What it is
A single 50mg vial containing three peptides: GHK-Cu at 35mg, TB-500 at 10mg and BPC-157 at 5mg. The composition is weighted heavily towards the copper tripeptide.
How it is understood to work
The three act on different parts of tissue biology, which is the rationale for combining them. GHK-Cu carries copper and is associated with extracellular matrix chemistry and collagen cross-linking; TB-500 binds actin and affects cell motility; BPC-157 has been associated with vascular signalling and growth-factor receptor expression. What research has looked at
The individual components are each reasonably well studied; the combination is not. Anyone using it should be clear that they are working with a preparation rather than a characterised compound, and that interactions between the three are an open question.
Handling and storage
The solution will be blue from the copper complex. One reconstitution gives all three at fixed ratios, so they cannot be varied independently. Keep out of light, refrigerate once in solution, avoid chelating agents which would strip the copper from the GHK complex.
