Shipping Policy

We ship to UK addresses only — England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or internationally.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or other circumstances beyond our control.

Orders paid and cleared before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same business day. Orders cleared after 2pm, on weekends, or on UK public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

We accept bank transfer and approved pay-by-bank methods. Orders are dispatched only once payment has cleared in our account. Bank transfers typically clear within 1–2 business days; pay-by-bank methods usually clear the same day.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 includes tracking by default. A dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number is sent when your order leaves us.

You can also view dispatch status and tracking information by signing into your HelixCore account, or by using the Track Order page with your order number and the email used at checkout.

Orders are dispatched in plain packaging suitable for laboratory deliveries.

Lyophilised peptides are shipped at ambient temperature. Products requiring cold-chain transport are shipped with appropriate ice packs and clearly marked on the product page. Please check individual product pages for storage requirements.

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of your dispatch confirmation, or arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@helixcore.co.uk within 14 days of dispatch. Claims raised after 14 days cannot be processed.

For damaged deliveries, please retain all packaging and photograph the damage before opening — this is required for any Royal Mail claim.
