HelixCore Ltd. (“HelixCore”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website helixcore.co.uk and supplies research-grade compounds for in-vitro laboratory research only. Registered in England & Wales. Company number 17247085.

We are not a pharmaceutical company. We do not hold a Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) licence and our products are not licensed medicinal products, veterinary medicines, food supplements, novel foods, or controlled substances.

You may only use this website and purchase from us if you:

• Are aged 18 years or older;
• Are a qualified researcher, academic, or licensed professional acting within the scope of your professional capacity;
• Are purchasing products solely for in-vitro scientific research in a properly equipped laboratory;
• Are resident in the United Kingdom; and
• Are not purchasing for personal use, self-administration, resale as a medicinal product, or any other purpose prohibited by applicable law.

By placing an order you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are met. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reason to believe these conditions are not satisfied.

ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY HELIXCORE ARE STRICTLY FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY.

Our products are not intended for, and must not be used for, human or veterinary consumption, self-administration, therapeutic, medical, diagnostic, dietary or cosmetic application. They are sold solely as in-vitro laboratory research compounds.

Misuse of our products is solely the responsibility of the purchaser. HelixCore accepts no liability whatsoever for any harm arising from use in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our absolute discretion, including where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect the eligibility conditions in clause 2 are not met.

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice; the price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will pay.

We accept bank transfer and approved pay-by-bank methods. Payment instructions are provided at checkout. Card payments are not currently available.

• Bank transfer — payment must be received within 5 business days of order confirmation. Orders unpaid within this period may be cancelled. Your order number must be used as the payment reference. Dispatch occurs after payment clears (typically 1–2 business days).
• Approved pay-by-bank — where offered at checkout, payment clears same-day and dispatch follows within 1 business day.

We do not store payment card details. Bank reconciliation details are retained only as long as required for accounting purposes (7 years under UK tax law).

We ship to UK addresses only. Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee. We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon dispatch. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Free shipping is applied automatically on orders over £75. Otherwise a flat rate applies as displayed at checkout. See the Shipping Policy for full details.

Our full Returns & Refunds policy is set out at /legal/returns. In summary:

• Cancellation before dispatch — you may cancel any order before dispatch for a full refund.
• Damaged, wrong or not-as-described items — contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return postage.
• 14-day right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) — applies where the seal on the vial is intact and the packaging is undamaged. Sealed research compounds where the seal has been broken after delivery are exempt from this right under regulation 28 (for reasons of integrity, hygiene, and the impossibility of re-verifying stability once unsealed).
• Once dispatched, returns are limited due to the nature of temperature-sensitive research materials and the integrity of sealed product.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and software — is the property of HelixCore Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Products are supplied “as is” for in-vitro laboratory research only. We make no representation that any product is fit for any particular research application or experimental design. Selecting and validating compounds for any specific use is the responsibility of the researcher.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in respect of any order shall not exceed the price paid for the products in that order. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
