HelixCore Peptides is committed to operating within all applicable UK laws and regulations governing the supply of research chemicals. We implement robust measures to ensure our products reach only legitimate researchers and are used only for lawful scientific purposes.

Our products are supplied as research chemicals under applicable UK legislation. They are not:

• Licensed medicinal products under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012
• Veterinary medicinal products under the Veterinary Medicines Regulations 2013
• Food supplements or novel foods under assimilated EU Regulation 2015/2283
• Controlled substances under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971
• Psychoactive substances under the Psychoactive Substances Act 2016

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, national, and international regulations governing receipt, possession, storage, and use of research chemicals in their jurisdiction.

All purchasers must confirm at the time of ordering that they:

• Are aged 18 years or older
• Are a qualified researcher, scientist, or licensed professional
• Are purchasing solely for legitimate scientific research conducted in a properly equipped laboratory
• Understand and accept that the products are not for human or animal consumption
• Will handle, store, and dispose of products in accordance with relevant health and safety regulations

We reserve the right to request proof of professional affiliation or research credentials at any time and to cancel orders where eligibility cannot be established.

All products are labelled “FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY — NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION”. HelixCore products are sourced from supply chains where every batch is independently tested by third-party laboratories at source. Institutional or compliance teams with specific verification requirements can contact compliance@helixcore.co.uk on a case-by-case basis.

Research peptides should be stored in accordance with the specifications provided with each product (typically −20 °C when lyophilised, away from moisture and light). Reconstituted peptides should be used promptly or stored at −80 °C and used within the timeframe specified on the datasheet.

Improper storage may affect purity and stability. HelixCore accepts no liability for degradation resulting from improper handling after delivery.

We actively monitor for purchase patterns that may indicate diversion for human use or resale as medicinal products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders without explanation. Any person found to have misrepresented their intended use of our products will be permanently banned and appropriate authorities may be notified.
